$200-300 price range
I have a good condenser already

Try the EV ND767, great mic for vocals, I use it all the time. For very loud stage senarios the ND967 is less prone to feedback but has a lower frequency response and does not produce the extreme high's of the 767. I use the wireless versions in both these mics.

Nothing beats the Audix OM5 for the L1 system. Can purchase for around $160 each. Own 3 and love them all!

I'm with you paxflyer; since I got an OM5 about 2 years ago, I haven't used anything but!! Superb feedback rejection. And NO phantom power.

Not in the $200-$300 range, but still a very good mic... EV ND767a. Highly recommended.

Heil PR35 ... commisioned by Joan Baez ... used now extensively by THE EAGLES ZZTOP SLASH...... they swear by them... even blows the Neumann KMS 105 away .... $249

The Heil "Fin" would be an excellent choice & it comes in at about $198.00. I don't care for the LED's but the mic turns heads in the way it looks & performs!
