Well, I did it. I posted on Craigslist and sold my Bose 802s along with a Mackie powered mixer and monitor speakers. They'd been sitting in a closet for some time, totally unused.

The guy who bought them is a veteran front man for a number of bands. He has owned and sold several sets of L1s but was 'old school' and knew Mackie equipment really well. So, it was interesting to get his opinion on the L1 given his broad background. He likes the L1 a lot and intends to get a model 2 setup. He marveled at the consistency of sound in and around the listening area (haven't we all?).

The 802s served me well but the L1 is here to stay. Hey, isn't it time to change this post heading to 'What Do You Think Of This Approach', vs 'New' approach? Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin'.....
