I just bought an L1 model II, Double bass system with the Tone Match engine (got a cramp typing that) and I am very happy with it.

Thus far I have used it in trio (Vox, Perc, Baliset - think Chapman Stick), (Guitar, Upright Bass & Sax), duo (Vox & Baliset) and Solo (Baliset, monitor for Upright and Electric bass) in a wide variety of room settings and it handily meets expectations each time.

I really like knowing that everyone in the room is hearing what I am at the appropriate levels.

On the plus plus side everything fits nicely into my car (Matrix) and I have achieved cart nirvana with the perfect pack on my dolly.

Thanks to the people at Bose for their efforts in developing this.
