Last Wednesday I was playing at a concert in which I was also responsible for the PA. We chose to use three L1MkII x 2B1’s with an added Roland subwoofer connected to one of the L1’s. Musicians included a drummer(e-drums), bassist, guitarist, two keyboard players (not playing at the same time) and various singers. We also used some backing tracks from a cd player on some songs.

Every act was amazed at the quality of sound. Three of the performers (professionals) in particular, were completely blown away. From initial cynicism ("Where's my monitor?") and curiosity at the start of the gig to complete amazement and delight at the end, the looks on their faces and their comments were great! Of course I got all the plaudits and compliments They could not believe there was such a huge sound coming from the systems and I had to spend half an hour after the gig fielding questions about the gear. The Tonematch presets elicited much praise too.
