After a week off the grid visiting colleges with my daughter, I will later today update the agenda. I'm going to send it to Gary at the Inn to make sure he's cool with it.

in the agenda you have Wiekert (sp?) for Monday technical coordinator.

MONDAY 4:00 - 5:30
I was going to start my presentation "What's wrong ..." in Geneva Hall, because we will all be there anyway. Then we might all migrate back to the Mountain View for a quick look at the stage setup we had there for the musical interludes.

That means that the best place for the PorchBoard presentation would also be Mountain View - and we'll be in the right place for dinner - UNLESS Gary wants that space to be vacant so they can setup for Dinner.

There will be 30 minutes after Nadene's presentation before dinner so maybe that will be enough time. We don't want them setting the room for dinner while we're conferencing.

Can you check with Gary on that point when you send him the agenda?

I had to call the Switzerland Inn anyway.

Monday night before dinner should not be an issue with respect to the staff setting the room for dinner. They will not start setting up until 5:30.
