Do you have website, pictures you could post?
If you have a couple of minutes would you show us your stage layout? You can use the The Sketcher, (online stage layouts). You drag instruments from a palette of instruments onto the stage area. You can add notes (a good idea) for things that don't fit into the picture.

When you save your changes, I will take what you have done and turn it into a regular image that is viewable on the here in your L1® Bands post.
