Hi iCande,

It looks like you have a plan. Is this something you are doing now, or something you are considering.

Please tell us more about your music:

  • You've told us you are doing pop/dance style music.
Where you do it (size, type of venue)?
  • Who is there (audience) - how many, what are they doing while you are performing?
  • Do you have a web site?
  • If no web site, could you post a picture of your ensemble?

Thank you.

We use the set up shown for all shows. The girls sing and dance to custom tracks. We have found the L-1s to do a great job with low power consumption. They play a lot of small town events and you are lucky to get 1 ac outlet much less 12-15 for conventional systems. I always use dual subs for outdoor event up to 3000 in some venues. Single subs will do for inside locations. We also have a 1 outlet lowpower light show with haze and projector.
The group performs mostly in the Carolinas for audiences of less than 100 to 5000+ in Charlotte.
If the girls are performing on a high stage 4'+ we will move the L-1s to the floor or put them ontop of the B-1s to get a little more elevation and we then use 2 Bose 402s in the conventional stage monitor position.

Hi Carosound,

Thank you for the link and all the details.

It was really nice to see younger entertainers out there performing, and doing it with great gear.

I too appreciate the relatively low power requirements. No need to go hunting around for more outlets.

All the best!
