I have my L1's set up at home for my practice space and I tend to leave them on for days at a time. I turn off the T1 and leave the base powered up.
Apart from the greenhouse gases consumed is there any harm in doing this? |

Hi valvenerd,
I'm guilty of the same thing. I finally put all the L1®s on the same power bar with a small lamp to remind me when they are on. I seriously doubt that you will do any harm to the L1®s. But let's find out for sure. I think this would be a great question for you to ask in this special forum. Ask Bose for Help |

I think it is like any other power amp. You are generating heat and in the long run that might shorten the life. The main thing is turn the T1 off. I have had sound modules that I have left on and it shortens the life of the screen. On some, to replace that is more then a new unit cost.
