I have my L1's set up at home for my practice space and I tend to leave them on for days at a time. I turn off the T1 and leave the base powered up.

Apart from the greenhouse gases consumed is there any harm in doing this?

Hi valvenerd,

I'm guilty of the same thing. I finally put all the L1®s on the same power bar with a small lamp to remind me when they are on.

I seriously doubt that you will do any harm to the L1®s. But let's find out for sure.

I think this would be a great question for you to ask in this special forum.

I think it is like any other power amp. You are generating heat and in the long run that might shorten the life. The main thing is turn the T1 off. I have had sound modules that I have left on and it shortens the life of the screen. On some, to replace that is more then a new unit cost.

Hi valvenerd,

I can't think of anything wrong with this.
