anyone knows how it is packaged when you buy it ?? Wrapped in plastic folie , box of tonematch wrapped in plastic etc ?? Trying to discover if a shop is selling me a demo model instead of a new one . Please enlighten me

I don't recall the exact configuration of the interior packing, but a new T1 will have a sealed box. The seal on my most recent purchase was a clear circle of tape on the front flap of the box, wrapped to the bottom. There should be no reason for a dealer to open a "new" T1 before sale. I doubt that an in store demo would hurt a T1, but I would expect a discount if I bought a demo unit. I would not want to buy one that had been out of the store. Not because I feel it would be damaged, just the principle of buying new. O..

Model II with B1 note: The B1 comes in its own box with the cover and B1 cable. T1 ToneMatch Audio Engine

Usually each piece is in a plastic bag and then in a box with formed foam padding. The power stand is in its own box. The cylindrical radiators (towers) in their own box. The B1 in its own box. The T1 in its own box.
