Traded in my L1 Model 1 for the Model 2. Used it 2x so far, just received the T1 on backorder and have first gig tonight.
I searched and see that the EDIT light will stay on for the last channel edited. Would be nice if on a firmware update if you press the lit button it will then go off. Would rather not have an inadvertent edit. I play in many small places, and can't put the system 7 feet behind my when my back is against the wall. I often have it setup to my side, and slightly in front of me to prevent feedback (I'm not too loud!). The setup has the T1 board facing the front of the L1, I'd like to have it facing the rear. Any suggestions aside from getting the mike stand adapter? |

Hi jjooee,
Congratulations on getting your T1®. I had the same thought when I first got my T1® - that it was odd that the ChEdit light stayed on. But when I got using it for awhile I found it really useful to keep one channel in the Edit mode. For example: Since you access the zEQ for one Channel at a time, I set the ChEdit button for the Channel that I am most likely to need to change the zEQ. Then I turn the Rotary Selector zEQ, and then I'm all set to make changes on the fly. Another example: In some songs I may go for reverb or delay on a guitar part - but not all the way through the song. So I'll leave the ChEdit button on for the Channel I'm using for the Guitar and turn the Rotary Selector to Reverb. Then I can hit the bypass button quickly when I need to turn the reverb on or off. As for changing the direction the T1® is facing, I think you'll have to look at getting a microphone stand adapter bracket (my choice) or a small table. |

Once I'm set for the night, I don't make any changes. In fact, I usually don't make any changes from place to place. Well, sometimes. Ahhh, laziness.......

hi jjooee,
If you buy a T1 Mic Stand adapter, you can use the *arm* that comes with it and attach it to the L1 tower bracket. This will allow the T1 to mount *sideways* sticking out from behind the tower to the side of the unit, not the front. I find this useful in many situations. This pic might give you the idea. ![]() |

Whoa DrumrPete,
Cool - I had completely forgotten that the angle on that microphone stand adapter was perpendicular to the slot. Very cool. |
