How compatible? Best way to plug in to L1 Compact and use. This mixer would allow a 4-person acoustic banjo with instrument and vocal mics. And I already ahve this mixer. Thanks, Brad

Hi redhairedboy,

Thank you for joining the Forum.

On the mixer, pan all the inputs to one side (eg LEFT)

Take mixer LEFT output to Compact Channel 2 with the Tonematch switch set to Line Level (down).

That should do it.

Does that help?

Another thought.

You can use the Vocal Mic Presets if you do this:

On the mixer
Pan all the instruments to the LEFT
Pan all the vocals to the RIGHT

Run the LEFT output to Compact Channel 2 (ToneMatch switch set to Line Level)
Run the RIGHT output to Compact Channel 1. You will need to get an adapter from mixer ¼ inch jack output to the Compact Channel 1 XLR input.
