I can pick out melodies and play a few chords.

Is there some processor to make the single note picking sound fuller?

Thanks

Hi Dance Host,

What kind of guitar?

Have you tried all the Presets for Guitar in your T1?

ST,

Sold my electric and now down to acoustic. Would a pickup work on this?

T1 idea sounds great. How do you call up the settings?

Thanks

Hi Dance Host,

What kind of acoustic guitar? (make/model)

What kind of music are you performing?
Where? (what kinds of venues)?
How big is the audience?
What are people doing while you are performing?
Is anyone else performing with you?
Are you singing?

What kind(s) of microphones do you have available to you for the guitar?

Check out the Presets:

Category: Acoustic Guitar
Preset: Steel String w/dyn

Category: Acoustic Guitar
Preset: Steel String w/cond

for a different sound try

Category: Acoustic Guitar
Preset: Nylon String w/dyn

Category: Acoustic Guitar
Preset: Nylon String w/cond

As for a pickup... I prefer to use a pickup unless I am performing at an intimate concert... solo. It's just easier to control.

With all due respect, someone once asked Stanley Clark how he got his fabulous sound, he held up his hand, wiggled his fingers, and said, "it's in these".

In another recent discussion you wrote:

Plan to go into T1 direct from guitar.

I'm sure I will need some FX to blend.

Using output from classical guitar.

Style is mostly lead or harmony touches.

I will show you how to set up your guitar in T1® Channel 2:

  1. Set the trim so that when you strum the guitar hard, the trim light flickers yellow but not red.

  2. Press the Channel 2 CH Edit button.

  3. Turn the Rotary Selector to ToneMatch®

  4. Under the blue display screen turn the left most dial/button until you see Acoustic Guitars. Press the dial/button. This puts you into the Acoustic Guitars category.

  5. Under the blue display screen turn the right most dial/button until you see the ToneMatch® Preset you want to use. Press that dial/button to select the Preset.

That setup helped a great deal.

Felt 'though the guitar began sounding hollow toward the end of the gig.

Cheap transducer I have is subject to picking up a lot of noise too.

Hi Dance Host,

Glad that helped.

What kind of cheap transducer are you using?
