I have a new computer that has windows 7 64 bit, when conecting with USB to the T1 it downloads the driver but it does not run ,I have called tech support twice, and they say it is a computer problem, my computer guy can not believe the bose driver would not work with windows 7. has anyone ran into this problem? Please help
You need firmware version 1.6 or later for full functionality via USB to a Windows 7 (or Vista) machine.
What version level is your T1®?
Right now the latest T1® firmware is 1.8.
What have you got?

If you have firmware version 1.8, please tell us EXACTLY what error message you are seeing that tells you that the USB connection is not working.
Other things to try:
Different USB port (not a USB hub - but connected directly to the computer).
Have tried playing audio from the computer through the USB connection? See ⇐ click the picture.
Thanks so much, firmware update did the trick. Odd that both tech support guys i spoke too , where unaware of this
