Good afternoon everyone,

I wanted to take some time to let everyone know as of 09/25, I will no longer be employed by Bose Corp. My band has just signed a management deal and we'll be heading out on 10/1 to tour the country. I can't tell you how excited I am with the opportunity to do this. We're all leaving our jobs and we've literally sold everything except our gear and what little will fit in our vehicle. We've purchased a 27 foot RV to make the trek in, which i've attached a picture of.

That being said, we're certainly taking our L1s! I can't tell you how many compliments we get from other folks and bands when we use them. Things like "wow, we've never sounded better" - and amazement from audience members as they gaze in awe like a bystander viewing a UFO for the first time.

I'll be posting updates, and changing my tag from Brent-at-Bose to Brent from The Wandas.

Good luck to you! My wife and I took that leap about 15 years ago. Sold off what we had, bought a van (and later a little pop up trailer) and hit the road. We lasted about 3 years until she wanted a home but it made for some great times and great memories.

Hope you become rich and famous and all but even if you don't, I think you will enjoy the ride!

Well...welcome to the traveling world! It is a blast, and we wouldn't trade what we are doing. We are on year 2 of touring full time with our family in a 31 foot RV, much like yours. Our 5 kids are having the time of their lives and we are enjoying what we are doing (my wife and I are a duo with me on guitar and singing with my wife on cello...occasionally our oldest son has started joining in with keys and djembe).

I can't tell you how excited I am for Brent and the Wandas. These guys are truly a great band with great songs.
