I was at the office today and a colleague I don't get to see very often came up to me at lunch and said "Guess what!??!!?"

"What?"

"We were at a nice restaurant last night celebrating a longstanding employee's retirement, and on our way out, a musician was on his way in..."

"...with and L1..."

"COMPACT!!!"

He said the fellow was overjoyed at the extreme attention the Bose party showed him and his brand new purchase.

I guess the word is getting around!!!

Ken, the Compact is going to be a big hit.

It's more of what the L1 was portrayed as, in ads back in '03...as a personal tool for the solo artist.
The reviews on it have been glowing, and the folks I've told about it always get wide eyed when the price is mentioned. You guys had been quietly busy, and we all knew you were up to something. I certainly didn't see this one coming...but you've really hit on something here!
