Hey AtL Entity,

Which guy are you referring to? Which store? We'll follow up if you will help us to locate the correct person.

Thanks,
Steve

"King" I believe his name is Dave Kingery has been exceptionally helpful with the two PAS's w/ B1's that my partner and I have. He really stands behind the product as well as you guys @ Bose!!!!

Thank you Wesha,

We work really closely with the folks at GC. We work on the things that aren't right, but we also share stories like these that show how many good things are happening.

Stay in touch.

For anyone that may be interested, Hilmar and I will be at the Natick Ma. Guitar Center this evening from 3:30-9 pm. We will be doing multiple demonstrations of the Personalized Amplification System which will afford us an opportunity to meet some of the fine Guitar Center specialists that we hear so much about. If you are in the area and want to experience this unique demonstration drop in and say hi, we would love to meet you and answer any questions that you may have regarding our new approach.

Guitar Center - Peoria, IL.

Salesman would not let our guitarist try out a used POD XT Live thru a display PAS. Tim argued with him that the PAS is what he normally plays thru and really wanted to use it. Still the salesman persisted with "no, use this guitar amp".

There was an L1 setup in the front of the store, and another way in the back among the other PA gear.

The salesman offered no explanation of why the Bose was "off-limits".

Tim bought the XT anyway, we knew it would sound good...the forums said so. Smile
