Dear Musicians Community:
For all of you that have expressed interest in a Midwest gathering for this summer, thanks a bunch. And if you are planning on coming, we look forward to seeing you! Within the next week or two – let’s say by May 15th - I hope to be able to give you some solid details on the schedule, venue, any associated costs, and other FUN stuff. But we need your help!
One thing that we know for sure is the date: Saturday, July 14th. This may extend, but no more than Friday evening, 7-13 to Sunday afternoon, 7-15. And we’re 99% certain that a site within the St. Louis metro area will play host.

If you are planning on coming, or are even tentative, then please let me know here or via a PM.The venues that we have in mind vary, and certainly we want to accommodate everybody comfortably. We don’t want to pick someplace too small, or secure a larger facility, then only a few folks show. I am sure most can appreciate that. Please think about it. Given our tentative attendees, plus the pretty certain ones, it looks like we will be thinking more seriously about the larger venue ideas, and more than a one day affair.
