more infoLine 6 released the new Flash Memory V. 1.11.0 for the POD X3 series with several included fixes and updates . There are different flash files for X3 Bean and X3 Live so select what you need. If you are a POD X3 or POD X3 Live owner, please download and install the latest version of Line 6 Monkey software (version 1.23), and use it to update your POD to this latest version of firmware. Here's an overview of what has changed.

Hi Guitarget,

what makes you think so?
AFAIK there are currently even special offers for PODxt users for model packs and the GearBox plugin...
Other than that I believe what's on offer for the PODxt now pretty much maxes out what the hardware can do, so I don't expect Line 6 will come up with any MORE stuff to put into it.
I also don't see any kinks or errors left that might need fixing in a new firmware release...
For me, my PODxt live is a rock solid performer, while the X3 still seems to be in need of some work by Line 6 to get near the XTL's level of reliability, and you still can't use all the features that do work with the XTL.
I might still consider buying an X3 live though, if only because I can't get my T1 to work as a recording device in Cubase Studio 4 (no working ASIO driver), and the X3's channel strip models seem to work great for vocal work...

I purchased an AX212 while they were new, 6 months later they came out with something else (maybe first Vetta series, I don't remember) and the discussion of anything AX212 related disappeared. It seems like they move on...
