Is anyone using a VG-8 with their L1M2.
If so, which setting on the T1 do you use. Any tips? Thanks

Don't do it as much as I used to, but anytime that I have used my VG8 or VG88 into the L1® I have just run flat with no Preset - at least for for the VG part - but for the analog guitar signal, I would use the Preset that matched the Guitar. This may sound a little bright when you do it with the Guitar alone, but in a mix and with the VG stuff it can add a lot of presence to your Guitar tone.

I ended up owning a couple of VG8s several years ago....when they were quiet expensive. I justified the second one as a back up. I even attempted to do some studio work with it once, only to abandon the notion for my Super Rev. They sound pretty good through headphones but I never could get much satisfaction using it through any PA. My L1M2 came in yesterday and is mostly still in the boxes. I'm stoked about the possibilities but that still small voice inside is saying " yeah but what about that dude that had this problem or that issue". I just opened the T1 but that's as far as I got before I remembered my post and wanted to see if there were any responses. Thanks again for your response. Now...I've got some boxes to unpack
