Bose 5.1 Roadshow with "The ZZ Tops" Tuesday 22nd September 7.30-10pm YMCA, Bridge Street, Guildford Free entry!
The show is a mixture of live music and multimedia presentation via a 6m wide video wall and it aims to give musicians an insight to the thinking behind the L1s design plus a true and relevant experience of the products performance. The multimedia presentation creates a huge impact showing, as it does, the benefits of the Bose L1 multi-mono approach to sound rather than the traditional dual mono/stereo approach. By using L1 systems a band can do away with monitors and, potentially, backline so reducing the amount of sound sources on stage therefore making it easier to pinpoint instruments in a mix.
Musicians will be invited to try the units out for themselves and experience the benefits of a Bose L1 setup.
The Andertons show will feature the ZZ Tops who are fast becoming one of the best tributes to the Tops in the UK. The multimedia aspect to the show is to be hosted by Robbie Gladwell, aka Dr Robert and guitarist with Cockney Rebel.
