The Girls Band will be playing at the Stadium Bar and Grille in Mentor, OH, this upcoming Saturday night and will be using 5 'sticks' - the show begins around 9 p.m. - It is going to be a great night and we hope anyone that would like to hear the band, as well as the awesome sound of the Bose systems, might make the trip. We're an 8-10 piece band (dependent on horns) and we have been gaining a lot of confidence using the systems in clubs and even some mid to larger outside events.

The show went well - we use 3 sticks behind us with the drummer off to the side to flatten the stage. We're running a MixWizard 16-2 and sending vocals via it and eq's to 1 of each of those 3. The band uses stage volume (drums/amps) and a bit of blend right to left vocals as well as a bit of keys - the bass is sent via MixWizard to a stick by him w/double bass unit - the other 2 we put in front of us and pump a bit of everything instrumentally in mono to both and a bit of the vocals w/some effects...so far the results have been good according to on-lookers - anyway -

...also picked up 2 Chauvet 4Bar LED lights and a modest controller - they are 'slick' just like the sticks in that they're all together and fit compactly in a nice, protective case - real professional look is coming together between the Bose sticks and them - much less stage clutter and more room to play music - don't mean to push them and I don't work there, but the lights just compliment the sticks...
