I'm new to the form, but have been using the L1 model 2 withi the tonematch for about one year now. Love it.

I regularly play in a multi-room bar/restaurant with a PA system that powers speakers in every room. I'm setting up the T1 but also want to run through the tonematch output into the PA directly (without going through a mixer). Any suggestions on adjusting the output sound without affecting the sound coming out of the L1 speakers?

Thank you for joining the Forum.

If you want the same mix (including master volume) going to the remote system - take your signal from the T1® Master Output - (¼ inch jack Tip-Ring-Sleeve balanced output on the back of the T1®)



You can also set the Master Output to be PRE the Master Volume Control. This means that you MUST control the volume on the external power amp. You will find the setting for this on the T1® Prefs. For details please see this article: T1® ToneMatch Audio Engine Master Output - Pre/Post



If you want a separate submix then use the Aux output from on the back of the T1®. This is also ¼ inch jack Tip-Ring-Sleeve balanced. Here is a link to some notes on how to use the Aux output. ⇐ T1 ToneMatch® Audio Engine Aux Output. Note: There is No Reverb on Aux
