Your connectivity to a T1® would be analog. This means that you could pick it up from the T1® ¼ inch jack Main or Aux outputs.
So we are not connecting it between the T1® and the L1® unless you wanted to run the line out of the Tascam DR-07 to the L1®. But I don't see any reason to do that.
In case you are wondering, I am pretty sure that USB connection would not work between the T1® and the Tascam DR-07. Neither of these is a USB host device (that is - the T1® and the DR-07 require a computer as a host to work).

Jumping in on the H4n fan list! But... there's a new kid in town... the Zoom R16 which can record 8 tracks at the same time! And, you can use it as a DAW controller! And (it seems) as a standalone mixer! I'm sure they will include a coffeemaker in the next version! At around $400, it's worth considering
Wayne, I bought a DR-07 recently for under $150. I looked at the zoom units and have used an H2 before, but I prefer the larger screen and easier user interface(for me) on the Tascam.
I had to update the firmware right away and it has worked fine. I recorded an entire show in mp3 mode and the results are very good. I do think a higher quality stereo mic is the next step for me. Also, great for capturing little musical ideas on the fly.
