I have seen this problem somewhere else on the forum, but can not find it again. After play for 30 min. or so my system start popping. On the stand base the green light turns red. I have unplugged everything but it does not stop. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Jim,

Thank you for joining the Forum.

Sorry to hear that you are having a problem with your L1®

If you have a Model I or Model II, and the unit cycles through the lights red/green/red/green - even when you have nothing connected (no inputs, no B1) then this means that you need to talk to L1® Support. There are no user-serviceable parts and you have eliminated the likelihood that it is something external.

The only other thing that comes to mind is bad power. Does your L1® do this in different locations?

Anyway - here is the contact information.

Call Bose® Product & Technical Support at (877) 335-2673 (U.S. and Canada only)
Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM ET

Currently no support available on Sunday

Thanks for your info. I am using the L1M2 at church with 2 mics and a Taylor guitar all at about 2/3's vol. We will check the voltage tonight with a meter and see if that could be the problem.
Thanks Again
Jim
