Hi Everyone



I need to lay down some Bass tracks on a few songs I am recording.

I prefer the fatter, warmer tone Bass players get when using their fingers.

Problem is, I'm a guitar player and when it comes to playing Bass I can play much better using a pick than my fingers.

So my question is, is there a particular type of pick ( such as felt ) that will give me a similar tone to flesh ?

Do a search for rubber picks or bass picks. There are some great ones I've used that I think I got from Mus Friend. Planet Waves & another couple brands I think.
