If I get a Compact I will probably need a tonematch, but the way I read it, there are no accomodations for attaching the tonematch to the Compact. What approaches are being used to solve this issue?

I have always used the Bose mic stand adaptor for my T1s, it's the simplest. Just be sure to secure the T1 to the mic stand by using velcro mic cord wraps around the stand itself, just in case. I've never had an incident though.

Thanks. I saw that on a couple of sites. Not highly rated. Amazon had two reviews, both horrible. But maybe they used it incorrectly. Thanks for responding.

I use the microphone stand bracket all the time. Like Drumr I strap the cables to the microphone stand and this adds additional security for the T1®. I've never had a T1® hit the floor.
