16 channels Behringer mixer, 4 shure sm58 mics, multieffect processor, 2 mackie 450 speakers.
I just bought the L1 Compact, the sound is a little better the my old Macked speakers but I hear hiss/hum on channel 2 with channel 1 plugin, it's louder if channel 1 is not plug in.
Looking for a better set up just for karaoke home use. I am happy with my old gigs but want to try out Bose products since my brother brags so much about her panaray speakers 802. My question is how to get the best vocal effects like pro not like karaoke echo sound. would L1 compact is sufficient enough but I like more power, so L1 model 1 with 1 b1 or L1 model II with 1 B1?

What is plugged into Compact Channel 2?
Do you have the Channel 2 ToneMatch switch set to line-level? (bottom position)?
