Has anyone used a couple of L1 compacts for hi-fi stereo reproduction? any information or discussion about this that you can direct me to?

I use two L1 compacts for stereo at home and the output is unbelievable. I drive them using a Numark IDJ2 (bedroom DJ) which isn't exactly hi-fi but as long as you keep the L1's as far apart as room permits the stereo is fantastic.

If you've got two Compacts, this seems like a wonderful way to use them when they are not out at gigs. You've got to store them somewhere. They may as well be working.

One of the first things I did when I got my Compacts was to hook them up to the computer.

These days, about the only time I listen to music is while seated before the glowing window out to the world (the silly computer).

The Compacts sounded terrific.

I don't recall any previous discussions about this specific application for the Compacts.

I run my iPod into a Mackie 1202 VLZ Pro mixer, then out to my 2 Compacts. The sound is clean and fills my large man cave. When I have friends over, they are stunned by the system's sound.
