Hey ALL. I made a blunder. I travel alot to the UK for gigs but live in the US. I thought buying a US version would save me money and make it easy when i travel to play. I found out that there is a US version and a UK version. AHHHHHHHHH I am sweating like a mad man nervous that I wasted all this money. Can anyone suggest any transformers that they might have used. Can I buy a UK Power Stand and connect my speakers and Bass unit to them PLEASE HELP URGENT REQUEST

Hi stoochy1, I think your best bet is to talk to Andrew Rigler at Bose in the UK. His contact information is here: Contact information for Bose L1® Support in the UK

AWESOME. I spoke with Andrew and he directed me to a SOLUTION. If you call Bose you can set up a service and they will change the circuit board for you to the country where you are located : ) in the UK it costs 199.99 + VAT and could be done within 2 weeks Also, if you are in a bind you can purchase the Power Stand on its own for 1095£ and your USA speakers and Bass Module will work in the UK. Hope this helps anyone else that made this kind of blunder Cheers

Hi Stoochy1, Terrific. I knew that if anyone could help, it would be Andy-at-Bose (Andrew Rigler). Thanks for coming back to tell us about this. It helps everybody to hear how things turn out.
