Hi,
(this post also in band setups forum with sketcher diagram)
4 piece band using 2 L1 Model 1 systems (1 B1 per side). Mostly classic rock. Also have 1 Tonematch. Basically we are replacing a standard PA (2 front, 2 monitors) with the 2 L1's. Using a regular mixer in addition to the Tonematch. I'm a bit confused as to the best way to connect the Tonematch and a reqular mixer. I'd like to use TM for 3 vocals and 1 Acoustic Guitar and the req mixer for 2 mic'd guitar amps, bass, 1 keyboard, a Kick mic & overhead. Is there a way to share the TM between the 2 L1's, or does it have to be used in one system only? I also want to use the remote for master volume, not the TM.
I've tried the TM in Ch3 on one L1 and reg Mixer in Ch 1&2 on same L1, but the TM & Remote seem to be battling eachother. I've read that it's better to use a standard mixer L&R outputs, one side to each L1 and hard pan L or R for instruments or vocals to the closest L1. But I like the TM for the vocal presets. Should I just use the TM on one L1 as master and the mixer to the other with the remote as master? We're also messing with the bass into a Bass Pod, then into Ch3 or 4 on one L1, bypassing the mixer

Thanks for any suggestions
Brad
