Hi everyone
I can't find a preset for my Senheizer e835 on the t1.. Is there any better other mic to used with the compact+t1 at this prized range?

Let me start by welcoming you to the L1 forum, and thank you for your question!

The T1 will never have every single preset for every mic/instrument out there, but that is okay! You don't have to dial in the preset for your particular device, it is just a starting point. You can try the Sennheiser E855, for example, or even try a Shure SM58. If you have not done so yet, you can try scrolling through all of the microphone presets to see if there is one you like the best. Then try tweaking the tone with zEQ and ParaEQ.

The ParaEQ might be useful, especially on the presets that sound boomy. So, you could pick the preset that sounds best to you and then use the ParaEQ to adjust the problematic range of frequencies. For example, if the preset sounds boomy but otherwise okay, try zoning in on and turning down the boominess with the ParaEQ.
