Hey, i play in a contemporary christian rock band, and play mostly for the younger crowd which is always louder and crazier...we currently have one L1 M2 (2)B1 and T1...the past few concerts we have lacked enough power especially on vocals, and right now it is setup behind the drummer between lead guitar and drummer..

Our band is lead vocal out front with acoustic gtr, stage right is bass gtr - bkup vocals, drummer directly behind lead vocals, and stage left - lead gtr..

I think it being behind (although i know these are designed to be this way) it's just not cutting through the drums and amps - so would this work?

Two L1 M2 systems, out front setup like the conventional speakers(daisy chained together), run the aux out of those and into either one or two (Model II, Model I, or Compact) on stage used as the monitor, and have the monitor(s) on the side or in front corners turned toward the band?

We love our Bose which is why i want to try every option with the Bose or many Bose' to have enough volume that everyone can enjoy.

You hit the nail on the head here, you simply need more systems to be heard.
If you did get an additional three systems I would still keep all four behind the band, so that everyone can hear the same thing, it is the original design of the L1 after all!
When all else fails add more power, especially if you are rocking out, your audience will appreciate it.
