Hi, thank you for providing a superb piece of amplification. The LI Model 11 with the sound match unit is just what I expected however I now want to use it with a bigger band (more musicians) is there any way I can increase the number of instruments that go through the platform? Would another small mixer work, if I fed 3 horns into the mixer and then sent the signal form the mixer to the Soundmatch?

Hi Gordon Mark Webber, Welcome to the forum! Typically we suggest connecting an additional mixer to the Analog Input on the Model II powerstand. The mixer will likely have its own gain and EQ adjustments (and effects, depending on the mixer) for each of its inputs. So, you could individually adjust each of the mixer’s input channels to your liking and send that adjusted signal to the L1. You can certainly connect an additional mixer as you described as well. By connecting it to a channel on the T1 ToneMatch you could use the T1’s EQ and effects to process the signal from the mixer. Of course, since the mixer is connected to a single T1 channel, the same EQ and effects would be applied to everything connected to the mixer. Either way would work. I hope that info helps, Bob Bose L1 Support ---------------------- 1-877-335-2673 (Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 9:00PM ET; Saturday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM ET)
