I am running my guitar pickup and a DPA 4099 mic through two cables into the T1. I am not using the L1 in this case. Where or how can I connect to send one signal to the house PA? Do I need another 2 channel direct box or a blending preamp? Please advise.

The T1 does function as a mixer, so if you are running both your guitar and mic into the T1, you can take the 1/4" Master Out into the house PA. You should not need any additional equipment to combine the signals.
