I have only been able to get 1 out of 8 Ovation / Adamas guitars to sound as good as they should through a system of this caliber.

This is undoubtedly due to how different the various Elites and Adamases sound from each other, even with the same preamp.

Can you please tell me which particular Elite model was used to create the Elite preset, and which particular Adamas model was used for the Adamas preset? It would save me a lot of time and headaches to simply buy the guitar that you guys used to create the presets, instead of spending the frustrating hours I have spent trying to get lucky finding a preset that works.

I have the potential of bringing in many Ovation customers into the L1 fold if I could find the right models used for these presets.

The Adamas model was the 1680 but I am unsure of exactly which Elite model was used in the session.

I understand what you are saying when you mention the degree of variation from guitar to guitar. Have you tried using zEQ to help refine the sound?

If I can find out more on which model Elite was used (unlikely) I will post it here.
