Line level TRS vs XLR; Tonematch Channel 4/5

I would like to connect a preamp to channel 4 on the Tonematch; the preamp output is described as "hot" or mic level -30dB with a TLS connector. Will I be able to use channel 4 for this if I use a XLR to TRS type cable? Channel 1-3 already used.

Blue Mandolin,
Thanks for your post. You should be able to use the line out from the pre-amp and connect into ch4/5. Channel 4/5 is able to accept a TS-un-balanced or TRS-balanced 1/4" connection. This will work great with an XLR to 1/4" cable. Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,
