Loose screw?

Hello Bose,

I just recently noticed while putting my Bose L1 Model II unit back into its carrying case after a gig that the Base Unit (not the Sub-woofer) has a screw or tiny piece loose inside it. It still works well and sounds great but I am afraid something could happen. I currently preform 3,4 or 5 times a week and rely on the Bose for all of my gigs. On top of that, I have no back up PA system. I just want to make sure my equipment (which I take very good care of) is always going to be there for me.

Can you please provide me with some suggestions as to what I should do about this loose piece inside my unit.

Thanks,

Chris L

Hi Chris L,

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the L1 forum.

That is unusual. If it does start to affect performance or is a cause of concern for you, then please give us a call at (877) 335-2673 when you are with the system and we can help arrange service.
