Connecting Yamaha MG10/2 Mixer to the L1

There were some fantastic posts and responses dated Feb 19, 2005 on how to connect 4 mics and a CD player through a Yamaha Mixer to the L1.

I am wondering if someone can assist me with the following - Instead of 4 mics I only use 2 mics, and I wish to connect the mics to Channels 1 and 2 and continue using the presets and the Remote for the mics. Is it then OK for me to connect the Yamaha Mixer to Channels 3 (and 4) for the same effect?

Thanking everybody in advance, in anticipation of some assistance here!

Cheers!
ERIC from Melbourne, Australia.

Hi Eric,

Yes you can connect the mics to ch 1/2 and the mixer to ch 3/4. The remote will be your master volume control.
