just got the L1, B1.....considering ToneMatch...I solo with tracks..... with the ToneMatch, how long does it take to EQ that channel with tracks to adjust the base, song by song (tracks are so diff) for instance, compared to the EQ on the remote, if plugged into ch 1&2 on the L1 base? question make any sense?

Hi krugjr,
If I am understanding your question correctly, the time it takes to make EQ changes on a specific channel is about the same on the T1® as it is on the R1 Remote you have now. You can set the T1® to the zEQ setting and you will see EQ adjustments for Low Mid High available to you just like on the R1 Remote. You can check that out using the T1 Simulator (see the Interactive Tour) Here is a picture of the zEQ screen. This message has been edited. Last edited by: ST, ![]() |

thanks, ST, appreciate the quick response....yes, you got the question right.....excuse my "not so technical" mind, but I'm learning the Bose stuff on this site.....so, with my mic, my gutar and tracks, if the EQ setting is left where you have it, as each track comes up I can adjust it, and will I be able to also change the volume of the track without switching out the EQ window?

Hi krugjr
Short answer: Yes. The individual Channel Volume controls are independent of other Channel settings. Longer answer. Let's say you have set up your T1® this way Channel 1 Vocal Channel 2 Guitar Channel 4/5 Tracks (I use this for backing tracks) There is a separate volume control for each Channel and you can adjust these without affecting anything else. For your application where you want to adjust the tone for the tracks... You would probably leave the CH Edit button for Channel 4/5 active. Then you are all set to adjust the EQ for new tracks as they come up just by turning knobs below Low Mid High. If you want to change the EO for your Vocal, you would press the CH Edit button for Channel 1. If you want to change the EO for your Guitar, you would press the CH Edit button for Channel 2. And you can switch back to the Channel 4/5 at any time. The EQ is separate and independent for each Channel. Does that help? Here is a picture with an arrow to the Channel 4/5 Ch Edit button. ![]() |

yes, that does help....should be just what I need.....my Taylor, ch 2, has EQ and vol on it for tweaking and once my mic is set, ch 1, it's good to go......and being able to control the tracks with ToneMatch on the mic stand should work out just fine....probably order the T1 today.....like everyone here says, why buy a little mixer (for when my buddies show up with a guitar) and some FX unit when the T1 will give me all of that and more, AND have the pre sets for my 855ce and mic...thanks again, ST, for your help....I'll check back when I start enjoying the "sound" I've been reading about!
