I have a show tomorrow night. My Tonematch has a condition that Bose has not seen before. It is Saturday and they cant get anything out to me before Wednesday. I understand. I will deal with going back to a straight PA style, which is hard to swallow after using the Tonematch. Bose was exceptional on the phone. But,,,,my regional sales Rep Nick Dabkowski called me from Indiana and told me he would be at my show at 5:00 tomorrow with a Tonematch that I could use for my show........He is driving 10 hours.,.... to help me......This kind of customer care is way beyond anything I have ever experienced with a product before. And, I am in the sales business. Does Bose ever have to worry about me buying anything but Bose again....I dont think so. Unbelievable........and thanks Nick.
so far i have had no issues with the exception of the remote on the classic. I have mod II and now a compact. I bought the classic in dec. 2003. I've been careful to do all of the firmware upgrades and I really take care of my equipment, but that's still a good record.
I just gave my classic to a very talented kid in my church and it looked like brand new. He is a really fine singer/guitarist/worship leader. I'm confident he will many more years of service from it.
Bose rules.
