I am using my L1 Classic / 1 B1 for vocals, electric guitar, and acoustic.

Sometimes, when we are running pretty loud, it seems to limit on my vocal.

Would a second B1 help?

Just a thought.....when you are setting your trims up for your vocals....are you singing as loud as when the system is "limiting"? Just wondering if there might be some clipping going on.

I set the trim pretty good and barely flashes "RED."

A second B1 improves headroom in situations where the volumes are getting louder, in my experience.
Even if the gain is *barely* flashing RED, it *could* be compressing, you might back it off until it stops flashing at all.
But you know, my former singer's LED flashed red all the time and didn't sound compressed.
I waited patiently for two years for him to adjust it...he never did.
Then again...it never seemed to hurt anything.
