Need a flexible system for all over a church campus and outside our walls as well. Will be used in a gym and various meeting rooms as well as outside for everything from one speaker to a small band. Maybe hook a 16 ch. mixer when a small band with V-drums, guitars, keys, vocals playing and run like a standard PA (advisable?). The system may occasionally go outside.

I've got a $2,500 budget and am trying decide if I should go with 2 LI compacts (add subs) or 1 LI Model 2 (add sub). As time goes by I could add to the system. Just not sure where to start.

Ideas and feedback on my situation would be great. I'm brand new to these systems and can't wait to move past 40 lb speakers on sticks!
