Hi, I was updating the firmware for my T1 and also adding the Rickenbacker, Takamine, and Taylor presets.
Just as I was finishing, I thought I'd better update the firmware for both the T1 and PS deal. Did the T1 fine. As I was doing the PS II updates, it said I had an error and needed to shut both down and restart. I did so and when I did, both places where there were PSII items on the L1 updater software dropped off the list, so now, how do I update those without overwriting something else? |

Hi Bryan,
First: Is everything working okay? (you play something, sound comes out?) If power everything down and back up again and then restart the L1 Updater software, can you see the Power Stand (last option in the list)? Regardless of the above - on the T1® let's check what versions of things you have. See next post. |

What version is your Power Stand?
The latest version is 1.3 |

Bryan,
At this point - if you cannot see any sign that the Power Stand is connected (either on the T1® or the L1 Updater Software), you should call support and have one of the great people there walk you through things. They should be there now if you call. Call Bose® Product & Technical Support at (877) 335-2673 (U.S. and Canada only) Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 9:00 PM ET Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET |
