I have the bose L1 and the T1 Tonematch. On several occasions now, One at a funeral!! I could not get the sound through the T1 to the L1. I had to reset the T1 in order to have it work. Is there a "fix" for this?
I recently have updated the T1, but it "froze" again last night at a gig. Mark |

Hey Mark - There is a thread on the forum about this. Make sure you are not overloading any of the channels. This can cause a shutdown. Gain staging is very important. Another issue could be power. You never know how many electrical devices are on a circuit. You can invest in a good power conditioner 0r try another outlet. I had one place I played where I was plugged into multiple extension cords among with other lights, and until I found a clean power source I constantly had shutdown problems. Type "T1 Shutdown" in the search window and you will information on this.

Research & Development |
Hello Markendorf,
Welcome to this community. I'm sorry you're experiencing these problems. We did find a bug in the firmware and provided a fix. It will take you a few minutes to update the firmware. If you own an L1 Model II, then you should make sure that it too has the latest firmware. Go to the L1 Users Forum home page and at the top look for the link to "Get the latest L1 downloads". Click on it and follow the instructions. Please come back here to tell us how it went or to ask any followup questions. Ken |
