What is the easiest/quickest way to set all the user scenes on a T1 back to the factory default? User Scene 01, User Scene 02, etc?

You can download the factory scenes and load them into the T1®.

Factory Scenes

Note: You will need the L1®Updater software for your machine (PC or Mac) to use the file above.

If you don't have that, go to the link above and scroll to the top and read about and download the L1® Updater Application.
