Yep, the same here. I tried a chorus effect for my voice as I like that for recording. It just felt fake no matter how light I put it on, and took away from the clarity and cut. the way the L1 naturally sounds though with a good mic pre set, it's like you have a professional sound guy sweetening up your singing voice for you. Best vocal sound ever through a system.
