Just this past weekend, I did a banquet for 225 elementary and middle school kids and their parents. This was in a room with a curved back wall.

While I'll grant you that they weren't the most discerning listeners, the bottom line was that at NO time did I have any requests to "Turn it up!" nor did I have any complaints that it was too loud. My announcements could be heard loud and clear from corner to corner.

I had several of the dads come up during the event to comment on the PAS, and ask what it was. One dad in particular was a self-proclaimed "audiophile" who told me he had walked the room trying to find a spot where the sound wasn't good, and he wasn't able to find any such spot.

For all of those who insist that the PAS can only be used for crowds up to 120 people, well, they are misinformed.
