I played my first gig w/My new T1 over the weekend.
I didn't have much time to set up, so basically I took the unit ouf of the box and connected it to my model I. As said earlier I didn't have much time to "fiddle" around with it, so I basically scanned through the instruction manual, in a millisecond, and edited my channels with some eq, verb, delay, and compression. I wasn't 100% sure what I was doing, but it sounded great so......
My conclusion is that the T1 is and awesome unit (I now have 2 Nanoverbs 4-sale if anyone is interested) Also, that it is easy to program custom settings if you desire (I plan on programming my settings in depth now that I have time) And lastly, There is no way that I plan on selling my model I to upgrade to the Model II.
I was "distraught" when I got news that 4 months after I bought both of my model I's, Bose introduced a new and improved L1 system II. I debated heavily on selling them and doing the upgrade. Instead I decided to try the T1 first. Now, after reading that some of us have had intermittent glitches with the T1, I can rest assured that "my show will go on" with my good old model 1s (channel 1 & 2) if this unforeseen problem arises.
