As I recently became half of a duo instead of a solo act, and needing extra inputs, I ordered a T1 to use instead of a regular mixer. I had purchased a small mixer to use and gave it several tries trying to make it work, but the sound was nowhere near what it was when it was just myself on the L1. So, I took the plunge and bought the T1. The first thing I did was install the new firmware which was easy to do, once I figured out about installing the updating software. Bose could have easily done a better job of explaining how to do this. Why not print it in the book instead of just saying to go to the website?

Then I hooked everything up. Wow. It was well worth the money. The extra inputs with their own presets, along with the ease of use is incredible. The learning curve was fairly short and the ability to shape sounds to my liking is much appreciated. Great job by the Bose engineers. However, I am begging you, please do not make any more add ons for these units, because I know I will have to buy those too, and this is getting really expensive. Between the L1, two B2's and now the T1, I have quite a bit of money invested in this.
