I didn't want to deal with someone who didn't know anything about the L1 system. The Guitar Center I went to, the L1 was sitting in a corner all dusty and it looked like it was badly abused. The guy tried to sell me something other than the L1. I didn't understand this. Maybe he was afraid he would have to answer something he didn't know.That's why I ordered from Bose.com. Got it the next day.

Paid it off in a couple of weeks and ordered another with 2 B1's and a packlite. Ordered it on Tuesday July 3rd. Was supposed to get it on the 5th, didn't show... then the 6th. Was still in the warehouse. A bose operator pushed it out the door and it got here on Saturday morning the 7th, just in time for my gig that needed 2 separate systems. I was afraid in fear that I would have to use a conventional speaker one more time but I woke up from the nightmare when those Bose boxes were on the front porch. I Love You Bose.com!!
